Delivery
Is there free shipping over a certain amount?
Unfortunately we don’t provide free shipping as of yet.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12pm will be packed and hipped on
the same day. Shipping will depend on your location and
courier delivery times. We will be sending out a tracking
number with each purchase as well.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver nation wide at R150.00
Returns policy
Can I return an item?
No returns are possible as of yet but if you do have a
problem with the product, we’d want to hear about it.
What happens if my product is damaged?
You can reach out to info@nordicbloom.co.za with images of what the product looks like with an explanation of what is wrong and we’ll send you a new product.

How long does an application take to be approved?
1-3 Business days.
How old do I need to be to become a member?
You need to be at least 18 years or older to become a member with Nordic Bloom as well as on the medical cannabis side. No exceptions.
What is the difference between a customer and a member?
Members have exclusive viewing and buying rights to products that contains cannabis. This is to ensure that we only provide such products to people who are over the years of 18 as well as to comply with regulations.
Why do I have to sign up for the medical cannabis again?
This is an extra security step that we’ve placed on our website. The cannabis bought from this portal will also be shipped separately form any other products bought to comply with regulations.
Are there any membership fees involved?
No membership fees here 🙂

What is the difference between THC and CBD?
THC:
- Psychoactive: Produces a “high.”
- Medical Use: Commonly used for pain relief and nausea.
- Legal Status: Often restricted due to psychoactive effects.

- Drug Testing: Likely to show up on drug tests.
CBD:
- Non-Psychoactive: Does not produce a “high.”
- Medical Use: Studied for anti-inflammatory and anxiety-relief properties.
- Legal Status: Legal in many places, especially when derived from hemp.
- Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated with few reported issues.
- Drug Testing: Typically does not show up on drug tests.
Are any Nordic Bloom products tested?
We take quality very seriously to guaranty the highest standard of product. Therefore, were possible, be get testing done on our products to ensure that there are no harsh chemicals leftover in our products.
Should I be worried about my allergies?
Please note that our edibles are made in a factory that does contains nuts. We do however try our very best to not have any contaminations. We also suggest to keep clear of any of our functional mushroom products if you are allergic to any type of mushroom.
