Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Nordic Bloom website and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and Nordic Bloom (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa ("Nordic Bloom", "we", "us", or "our"), in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECT Act").

The Platform and all products offered thereon are strictly intended for persons who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Platform, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. Nordic Bloom reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to refuse service to any person who cannot verify their age.

It is a criminal offence in South Africa to sell or supply cannabis-related products to a person under the age of 18. We take this obligation seriously and implement age verification as part of our membership approval process.

Nordic Bloom operates in compliance with applicable South African law. The sale, supply, and use of certain products available on this Platform may be subject to legal restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any product you purchase, possess, or use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Nordic Bloom makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of any product for use in any specific jurisdiction outside South Africa. Nothing on this Platform constitutes medical, legal, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") where applicable:

• Nordic Bloom, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any products purchased through it.
• Nordic Bloom is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased on the Platform, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or adverse health effects.
• Nordic Bloom is not responsible for any third-party content, links, or services accessible via the Platform.
• Nordic Bloom does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Certain products and content on the Platform are restricted to approved members only. Membership approval is at the sole discretion of Nordic Bloom. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke membership for any reason, without notice and without liability.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Nordic Bloom reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. Prices displayed on the Platform are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Delivery is subject to separate terms provided at checkout. Nordic Bloom is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party courier services, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of Nordic Bloom or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent from Nordic Bloom.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform;
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Purchase products for resale without authorisation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts in respect of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Nordic Bloom reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
